This brand was created by Karen Ellis who is a blogger, pilates teacher and I love everything she creates! The online shop offers a variety of tee’s, sweatshirts, tanks, and accessories. Pilates Nerd offers home accessories – think pens, note pads, coffee mugs, and candles.
I am constantly checking the website for what new items she creates, read the blog, and find out what is interesting her.

Regina is the owner of PPP and she is a lover of pilates. I began following her brand on Instagram because I saw she would be at Momentum Fest 2018. As a result, I started to really enjoy the clever and creative clothing she made. Once meeting her in person I couldn’t resist shopping until I dropped! I would stop by her booth every day to chat and peruse the merchandise. I walked away with several new pieces for my workout wardrobe. Things I purchased over the course of the weekend were an adorable bandana with mat exercises on it and three tank tops.
She adds such personality to her creations and I adore how cheeky some of them are. Pictured above you may be able to notice the “Pelvis Tilt” on the front but what you can’t see is that it has an Elvis on the backside. I fell in love with her “Pilates does not equal yoga” tank!
