I accidentally fell in love with Pilates. Iām not sure when it happened but here I am. When I began practicing, it was to get healthier & remain mobile. I had no clue as to what was in store for me. I found myself being fascinated with movement, the body, and wanting a deeper understanding of the method.
More than a decade later, I have a teaching certification through Peak Pilates. I offer private and group classes in the Milwaukee metro area and am writing a blog about practicing this fabulous method.
I believe that Pilates is a way to gain and maintain mobility through all stages of life. It offers balance, control, and coordination to the practitioner. I enjoy bringing a healing, uplifting, mindful movement experience to clients.
