I accidentally fell in love with Pilates. I’m not sure when it happened but here I am. When I began practicing, it was to get healthier & remain mobile. I had no clue as to what was in store for me. I found myself being fascinated with movement, the body, and wanting a deeper understanding of the method.

More than a decade later, I have a teaching certification through Peak Pilates. I offer private and group classes in the Milwaukee metro area and am writing a blog about practicing this fabulous method.

I believe that Pilates is a way to gain and maintain mobility through all stages of life. It offers balance, control, and coordination to the practitioner. I enjoy bringing a healing, uplifting, mindful movement experience to clients.

Peak Pilates

In August of 2021 I completed a full comprehensive certification with Peak Pilates. The training required over 500 hours of work, which combined workshops, anatomy, self-practice, teaching, and observation time.

Jill hinson method for breast cancer

In September 2022 I completed the Jill Hinson Method for Breast Cancer. I have had the honor of working with a few survivors early on in my teaching career and found this method to be very informative and beneficial. In lessons we focus on increasing range of motion, building stamina with aerobic exercises, find moments of balance and incorporate mat pilates.
