Milwaukee is a small city compared to most which means that the pilates world is even smaller here. Kinetic MKE is owned by Trey Fry and located in the Riverwest neighbourhood of the city. My instructor worked at the studio for a brief time and also completed a teacher training with Trey. So I was familiar with him and his work. This studio also offers gyrotonic classes.

SoulGood Pilates and I connected on Instagram less than a year prior to meeting. She was in AZ for a while but moved back to WI and I thought it would be cool to meet her.

More than just an instructor

Since this picture was taken Jennifer and I have spent more time together. We’ve done a virtual lesson, traveled to Colorado to move at Momentum Fest, and enjoyed time outside of the pilates studio together. She has helped me in more ways than she knows. This website is partly due to her encouragement and conversations with me. She is someone who I look to for business and career advice. I am grateful to have her in my life.
